Three of the Grace Cafe' Alumni are now competing baristas, two on the National Circuit. Dale Bassham competed in the Midwest and represented the hospitality of the Barista so well. I got 5th in the Midwest and went on to compete at the National level in Portland, Oregon on May 9, 2009. Robbie Britt got 3rd in the Northwest Regional and also competed in Portland at the USBC. Grace's taught us not only how to be quality baristas with a sound coffee knowledge, but how to set a table and serve our costomers well. We all owe Grace a huge thank you!!

Grace Cafe' is the quintessential coffee house. The quality of coffee they offer is top notch. The baristas are not only well trained, but have the barista personality edge. The food is all made in house from high quality natural and organic ingredient,... even down to the bread/focaccia on your panini. The atmosphere is laid back and artsy. The customers are diverse and excited about their experience. And, to top it all off, the owner Grace Parry is one of the most hospitable and warm people you'll ever meet. This is the heart of the coffee world. This is the culmination of passion for people, coffee, quality, and the big picture. This is the midwest's best kept secret. Well,... maybe not any more. I am so glad to have been fortunate enough to have been part of the Grace Cafe' family. Grace, I love ya!!
