Joseph,thank you for that.I agree with you 100%.I actually use latte art as my selling point.It gives the customer the joy of being satisfied and coming back.Presnting a beautiful,cup of coffee to a customer shows the commitment,effort and time that you have put in.

yes you are Lookin' good. The better we look, the better we feel, the better for over all business. Customers know when you have a passion for what you do. It shows all over. When you coffee comes out good you can see a smile come over the customers face. That site is my best "Thank you" a customer can give.

Yeah,looking good is a plus for a barista.It helped me sell more coffee especially to ladies.I had one lady who drunk almost 5 cups of coffee just to talk to me.Thanx for this group Brandi.
