Indonesia is a major coffee producer- currently 4th largest in world. However, until recently the coffee culture here revolved around Kopi Tubruk and the WarKop. These days the big cities such as Medan, Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya and Yogya all have specialty coffee houses. It would be great to know a bit about you cafe and you as a barista. Have you entered the national competition? How did you place? What are your plans to continue learning and growing as a barista?
