Yes. Technical skills that emphasize the coffee such as cupping, blending, brewing, technical proficiency on the espresso machine, and teams of 3 vs just individual baristas. Also food pairing, signiture drink and description of coffee characteristics as a part of the competition. All ideas. We'll be at jp's too with our new espresso blend, Rd Cedar River.

So, summer is here finally, and that means no more CLASSES! So what coffee stuffs are going down in the MI? (This will be my first summer as a michigander, so be nice) - I thought this wall could use a jump start anyway..
