hello eveeyone, I am a new member but have been a frequent visitor to this site for a while now. I am in the process of buying my first commercial roaster...something in the 1-3 kilo range. My local health dept. Says that the roaster will need to get certified by the nsf. Can anyone comment on this process? Anyone gone through the process? I am hoping to start at farmers markets this spring on a small scale and this is one of the many steps I need to take. Thanks in advance for your responses. Joel
