I'm looking at a Probat L5 roaster and I wonder if anyone has any input as to what I should ask when I talk to the vendors. They sound to be in similar condition although one is a mid 80's model and the other a late 90's.
I would appreciate your help here as I'd like to move ahead on the roasting program at my little shop and this is the next step...
It'll be used in-store for retail accounts and for our daily beans (variety of SO and espresso).
ANY info/advice/opinion is welcome and appreciated.
