The last of my Ehiopian Amaro Gayo DP. Made an S.O. espresso blend using 2 slightly different roast profiles. I am sure going to miss this one when it's gone.

The Gene Cafe. I had a hard time deciding between the behmor and this one. They're both pretty sweet home roasters.
