Hey fellow mountain baristas! Just wondering if any of you know anything about how to properly adjust an espresso machine for high altitude? I have always struggled with mine, and have had to sacrifice turning down the boiler temp (lost steam pressure) to get decent shots. If I didn't, they would come out burnt, bitter, and the crema would be bubbly and go away really fast. Any tricks or adjustments anyone knows of????

I would be definitely interested in a jam in Laramie, I could bring a few of my baristas for Riverton, and know a few in Laramie that would come!

I'm hoping to get together as a group before the SCAA show at Souther Sun in South Boulder, and if anyone cares to thereafter we could go to my place, (Caffe Sole) and pull shots/pour drinks... Any takers? A Friday night sound OK in a week or so?
