I just came back from an interview at Suju Coffee in Fremont Ca. The owner was rude and interrupted me constantly. He sell cigarettes but won't hire smokers. He even said that I seem to be dishonest, and the I seem to have a medical disorder. I told him to call my references to find out about me and my work ethic.

I have never received this kind of treatment from a prospective employer and I think Suju Coffee should be investigated for hiring practices.
