So I just made a Cup of this using a Hario V60 and I have to say this could be a new favorite as the Ethiopia Yirgacheffe will be missed. The description given on the bag : " With a bright apple beginning, Ngozi has notes of pear, maple syrup, and fudge that ready you for a crystallized ginger finish." I find it fun to see if I can taste what they taste and this was one like a check list of flavor easy to pick out. I hope one day I could train my palate to have such quality descriptors in my vocabulary. I would love to hear from some you on this coffee or an other you are enjoying.
