To progress the level of baristas in New Orleans to industry
standards. To give an avenue for our baristas to improve their craft through training and skill building workshops. To help foster passions for quality coffee, and to help convey that New Orleans has a rich and thriving coffee culture. To provide amazing customer service through quality beverage preparation, to help inform our customers about the most current information in coffee trends and to act as a bridge builder between producers and the consumer.

the First annual New Orleans Coffee Fest was a huge success . I very thankful to all who came out to our booth and hung out and had some shots with us. Thanx to all my SNOBs out there who pulled shots with us .
