It's our monthly Barista Jam! What does that mean? It means some practical stuff, followed up by the Iron Tamper competition, followed up by the smack talking, latte art pouring jam part of the night. The Iron Tamper competition the "Iron Chef" style competition whereby I give you a theme, and a few ingredients, and you have 20 minutes to come up and present a drink to our esteemed judges. The ultimate winner will receive a prize pack valued at alot. This month's theme will be "Chocolate." This is to tie into the Single Origin Chocolate Tasting we are doing on July 2nd here. So, you can bring two ingredients you think may help you, and the rest is up to your imagination! You will be partnered up at random, so let the creativity fly!
