Taco Trucks Rule the Night

In LA taco trucks are a staple of several communities. Most of them serve better and more authentic Mexican fair then the restaurants in the surrounding areas. Support your local Taco Truck!!

I'm hungry! Going to the truck across from the Stumptown Roaster for lunch. period.

carne asada is my personal unicorn. i have yet to find a legit taco truck in Indiana. My friends lived in San Diego for a summer and have since never been the same. I hope the group is open to taco truck virgins looking to get deflowered.

I feel kind of wrong joining this group seeing as how Chicago has few if any Taco trucks. However my few brief visits to LA has planted the seed of love for these mobile happy stations... We have so many taco joints here, we just gotta get em' some wheels.

So even though I don't have the taco truck tattooed on my body. Does not mean that there isn't a place in my heart for my beloved burrito.

Awesome on the tatoo idea; i've just been waiting for the right image. I will not confess how often I eat big burreatos in a day, uh I mean week, but will confirm I'm an addict.

I LOVE taco trucks, in fact Papacitos in Brooklyn was born out of the idea my friend and I had to open one here in Portland. I go about 3 times a week. When we were researching them, I tried everything on the menu, including Lengua ... taste = good, texture = Bizarre :)

tongue is definitely an acquired texture. Taste is great, but wow squishy.

Personally I think that being tattooed to show your love of the TT should be a requirement of this group. Just a thought.
