Maybe I should also invest in a grammar checker?  I meant "a" computer not "I" computer.

Greetings! I sure do love a good espresso but have a hard time finding one, I love to make good coffee and share with others but don't have the equipment, I want to open a coffee shop but don't have the money.  But I do have a little time, I computer, and a home pour-over -- so I can read about great coffee, fancy machines, and super people that make all of this work.  I really hope to learn a lot here. If all goes as planned -- tell me you saw me here and join me for a free coffee when I finally open the doors for business.

Like any craft, this industry is reliant on experience and knowledge that you can't get from traditional schooling. You have to love it and live it. No one's going to do it for us, so let's do it together! Keep this group active and let's figure it out along the way.
