It's spelled 'quixotic.' They're a great specialty shop in St. Paul, serving Madcap coffee. Also, be sure to hit up Kopplin's, Angry Catfish, Black Sheep, and Bull Run. I work for Bull Run, but all of these shops are awesome!

Hey Stephany,
I consider it a little competitive due to the economy and people keeping close watch on labor budgets. I reccomend that you try to connect with Quickxotic (spelling???) in St Paul, (Highland Park) The staff and management are coffee royalty! There are a lot of great indie shops that would be really great places to work, depends on what your looking for and what your ultimate goals are. Good luck, your going to love it hear!

Hey, guys. I am a barista in Milwaukee with 5+ years cafe experience and one competition under my belt. I plan on moving to the Twin Cities early next summer and am wondering how competitive the barista job market is. What are the most sought after cafes to work at?
