Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.

My first barista position was in 1994 and David Schomer flew in to train our staff for a whole week. This experience and my own passion for the culinary arts has allowed me to now train other Baristas through our business Dolce Neve Inc. I've also enjoyed being a Sensory Judge during the 2006 WRBC as well as Co-Host the event for the past three years.

What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?

Any if the correct situation arises. We are looking forward to a trip to Nicaragua in February of 2008

My Husband and I are fortunate to be surrounded by talented Artisans in Sonoma County where the food, coffee, and wine are of some of the Highest Quality. We enjoy meeting other people in the Food and Beverage industry and love sharing and learning new tricks of the trade.

Dolce Neve Inc. is a service/wholesale company that strives to help roasters showcase their products while educating the cafe and restaurant owners with proper operation, preventative maintenance, and preparation of Coffee & Espresso Equipment.
