yes
Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
I work for Forza Coffee Company and have gained so much knowledge about coffee. A cup of coffe is not just a drink, it's an art. I love meeting new people and enjoy learning new things each day.
Before working for Forza, I was a barista at a small coffee shop in Poulsbo. I worked alone and learned how to be independent and self-motivated. I did every task by myself--from opening to closing. I also gained strong communication skills that have carried over to other aspects of my life.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
I love traveling and have been all over the world. I have been to Helene, Honduras three times. It's a romote island with no electricty and not a single car. I helped teach school and helped build a community. It was an amazing experience.
I have also been to Mexico twice, the West Indies twice, England twice, Italy, France, Switzerland, and had the chance to live in the middle east for a summer in the country of Lebanon.
In the future, I would love to go the the Netherlands to see Corrie Ten Boom's house. I would also like to visit Germany, and have a chance to walk through a concentration camp used during WWII. Austria is also on my top list of places to visit.
About Me:
I am a college student studying elementary education with a major in social studies and a minor in communications. I am engaged to an amazing man who is in the United States Marine Corps, and is currently serving in Iraq. I am a Christian, and believe in having a strong personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
About My Company:
Forza Coffee Company is a business that started in Washington and has now grown to several other states, and is still growing! Forza is an Italian word which means "strength of life." Forza is not just about coffee, it's about building strong relationships with people, and the community around them.
