About Me:

I'm a twenty seven year old restaurant manager who is in the process of opening up my own shop and trying to learn everything I possibly can! I grew up in Southern California and moved to the midwest in April of 2007. I have a passion for making people feel special and a knack for making phenomenal coffee and I can't wait to combine the two to create that "other place" for the people of Paola, Ks.

About My Company:

I'm hoping to open Square Cup Coffee this summer. I already know the building where I'd like to put it (it's for sale!) and I'm working on getting my business plan together and meeting with SBA consultants to get the money to make it happen!! I hope to have some success stories posted soon, but for now, I'll probably be asking lots of questions. :)
