Our shop is the busiest coffee house in Downtown Puyallup and is located about a quarter mile away from the Puyallup Fair Grounds which happens to be the 6th largest fair in the USA. It is the central gathering place in the community and stays very consistent all day long, even late into the evening. It is one of 20+ Forza Coffee Co. franchises scattered around the Puget Sound area. The brand is supported by Dillanos Coffee Roasters, a local coffee roaster located in Sumner, WA. Forza di Vita means "strength of life" and that is the heart of what Forza wants to be in each community. Forza also believes that shools and churches are strong pillars in the community and we do what we can to support them in various ways. Forza also strives to create an authentic environment where real relationship happens. This happens through us as a staff really getting to know the customers that come in and creating incredible experiences that will draw them back time and time again. Regarding barista skills, I am confident and careful when constructing drinks. I am quick and efficient behind the bar, very clean and tidy. I thrive off of working with people, helping them discover new drinks and relating with them day to day. My signature drink is a Creme Brulée Latte. Creme Brulée is French for burnt creme. The latte has a smooth taste of french vanilla and espresso and steamed milk and is topped with a generous amount of velvety foam and then upon that sprinkled with sugar in the raw and "yes" you guessed it, it is then torched to create the caramelized crust on top which is amazing!!! You've got to come visit and try one!
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
All cities and countries in the world!

Funny you suggest that, it is something I am working on! In fact our training seminar on the 19th is a "how to" on teaching latte art. It's one thing to learn it, it's another to teach it. It will be one of or main focuses!!!!

    Ciao! Shiloh

That Dear and the Headlights song is sweet. Reminds me of a cross between Death Cab/Jimmy Eat World/early Further Seems Forever, other stuff. Nice!
