If you are a barista or shop, are you interested in a barista exchange with another coffee shop/barista?
maybe
Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
I've worked with Alterra Coffee in Milwaukee for my entire 9 years. My first industry event was a BGA jam in Chicago, from meeting people there I tried out judging at the '06 USBC in Charlotte, soon became a council director with the BGA. Today I am current chair holder of the BGA, the '09 Great Lakes regional champion and can't wait to see what is next.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
too many to tell

What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
thanks dude. and despite what you may hear, we did indeed purchase/drink/enjoy that delicious PBR. Along with a few high quality craft brews. Naturally....
Hey Scott, I saw your post with questions about the WRBC on coffeed but I'm not a member so couldn't answer...the speakers on Fri & Sat will start at 9:30, 4th machine starts serving at 9am, competition starts at 10:30am. On Sat there is also a 10:30am & 2pm sensory skills class and at 12:30 Terry Z is speaking. Everything after 10:30 is happening at the same time as the competition but the venue is pretty small and those special events take place in a room in an open mezzanine/loft area just above the competition. I'm happy to tell you more and share notes. Thanks for the kudos - it's been fun to plan, and as you know - lots of hours :-). Feel free to call or email me and we can compare notes and experiences and things that are still on the to do list. kerrylaird@pacificbaycoffee.com
