About My Company:
Enrico's Tazza D'Oro is located in Pittsburgh, Pa. We currently have 9 employees and 8 of them are certified basistas. Our roaster is Batdorf and Bronson, located in Olympia, WA. We have an extremely loyal customer base and believe we have created a cultural oasis of a diverse community of people who appreciate the quality of our coffee and espresso and a high quality espresso bar.
I like the fact that you are interested in knowing where your coffees are coming from. More than ever that is so important, as I had been in the coffee business for half of my life I can tell you that as coffee growers we love that people care about, hey I invite you to read my latest article the ART OF COFFEE. take care
My biggest bit of advise is practice!!!! You can't practice enough. Matt Riddle wrote an article a couple of years ago in Barista Magazine and the thing that I remember the most from it was to use every moment that you have. Every second that you spend up there should have a purpose. If you want to talk more I am happy to share but I am sure that there is plenty of online videos and online accounts to learn from too. I think I saw something on youtube.com. Good to hear from you! Cheers!

Hello Amy, I'm still trying to wade my way through this computer STUFF - sooo technically challenged. I love your website and have been a customer of yours for some time, but faceless in the sea of customers you get through there, but now that we know each other and are barista 'friends' ... see you soon. regards to all at the cafe.
