Barista Certification and training. We are also interested in discussing in more detail the concept of the "Third Wave" occurring in the coffee industry. We have always been passionate about the coffee, roasting, relationships with our vendors and where the products we purchase come from, sustainability, the environment and the direction of the coffee industry.

About My Company:
Enrico's Tazza D'Oro is located in Pittsburgh, Pa. We currently have 9 employees and 8 of them are certified basistas. Our roaster is Batdorf and Bronson, located in Olympia, WA. We have an extremely loyal customer base and believe we have created a cultural oasis of a diverse community of people who appreciate the quality of our coffee and espresso and a high quality espresso bar.

    My biggest bit of advise is practice!!!! You can't practice enough. Matt Riddle wrote an article a couple of years ago in Barista Magazine and the thing that I remember the most from it was to use every moment that you have. Every second that you spend up there should have a purpose. If you want to talk more I am happy to share but I am sure that there is plenty of online videos and online accounts to learn from too.
