Congratulations on the win! Always good to see Arizona represented well in the coffee industry. If you need help or any ideas for a signature drink, let me know. I was a sous chef before I was a roaster and specialize in molecular gastronomy which is a the style of cuisine tha Billy Wilson used to win the 2006 NW Barista Championship, with "espresso caviar".

A little early for a visit, isn't it? Your parade isn't until June...

When do you think you'll be up? Would be awesome to have a drink or 4. If your up sometime when our school isn't in session we'll be able to pull a few shots too.
  • Jared Mockli

Right now the School will be in session from April 5th - 18th. The following week is pretty much free and clear though. Hope you can make it up.
