    zoetkoekies... I can't wait to hear how you explain these to Lois so she can enthusiastically hand them out to customers ;-)

    It's in the book, but I left a jar of pralines and a tupperware thing of anise/pine nut cookies (both vegan) on the counter for back ups and for the afternoon shifts. Happy Leap Day!!!
