If you are a barista or shop, are you interested in a barista exchange with another coffee shop/barista?
yes
Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
I was first trained with Peets Coffee and Tea and tinkered and dabbled with many independent shops for a few years. My last training was with Stumptown and Ive been at Random Order in Portland, OR for over a year. I was to make a cozy little mark in a shop in Austin my new sunny little spot.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
Just Austin where im moving to in a few weeks
About Me:
i have two ladies in my life, my girlfriend and my cat, nollie. I sew in my spare time and design clothing for women. I like whiskey and long walks through the neighborhood picking peoples flowers.
About My Company:
If my current coffee shop counts I love them all dearly and am sad to leave. My personal company is ClaynelaH, my clothing line in small boutiques around Portland.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
The people who I get to work with and the people I get to serve. The lovely enviornment of each individual shop, wherever that may be
