    Hi new friend :)
  • Chevelle

Well, I was working at Crossroads Coffee in Spartanburg, Sc until they recently decided to close the shop for about 1 million reasons, so now, I am jobless, unfortunately (as much as I'd hate to do it) I may have to apply for a job at it's sort of "Rival" coffee shop, Cafe Ishi, They use the same burned espresso blend as Starbucks!! Yuck!! I don't know if my pride will let met work at a coffee shop where I don't even like the espresso. Wow, long commentttt, Sorry!!!
  • Chevelle

Well, if you read the comment above yours, cafe Ishi is closed too, I have no car so it looks like, NO MORE COFFEE JOB. I died a little inside. I don't know what I'll do.

I want to go to Coffee Fest, definitely! I've never been and I have so much to learn! Without a job, I don't know how I'm going to keep my skills up and learn to do lattee art. buhhhhhhh!!
  • Chevelle

YOU get a job. Ok, NOT a great come back, but when I think of one, you'll be the first to know, buddy! grr! :D
  • Billy Kangas

As much as I hate to admit it given the stigma against it, a Starbucks in Muncie, IN. I'm trying to find some more advanced baristas in the area to study from a bit.

Unfortunately for me, I see you're actually working in Michigan?
  • Aaron

Yeah, I know... If I can get a reply from him, I've found a guy in Muncie that does some competitive barista work. Hopefully I can meet up with him. It'd be nice to have to tamp and pull my own shots instead of having a button do it all for me.

(At least I admit we're not real baristas, right?!)
  • Chevelle

    no :( how are you?
