Working on my business plan (coffeeshop) right now (March 08) to be open by next winter hopefully.
It will be a quality driven shop with WBC caliber coffees.
UPDATE: Lease on Sept. 1st!!

Opened since June 23rd 2009!
Offering at least 3 differents roasters: primary Intelligentsia (we are distributor for Quebec (French Canada), 49th Parallel and Novo Coffee. Fourth and fifth may come in 2010. Need space to put more grinders on the counter! :-)

About Me:

French Canadian from Quebec city area.
Former fine dining server for 12 years and then flying all over the country as an helicopter pilot for 8 years.
Been drinking coffees (mostly espresso) all those years 'til I was part of the opening of a café in 06-07 in Alberta. The foodie in me came back very srong with a project of my own (quality) coffeshop back home.
It's done now, as of June 23rd 2009!
