If you are a barista or shop, are you interested in a barista exchange with another coffee shop/barista?
yes
Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
My newest gig is with Caribou Coffee here in Minnesota, I love the company, and I love the coffee. I came from an Independent called Retro Roast and Fountain where I had the opportunity to zip down to Chicago and train with some high class baristas at Intelligentsia. I consider myself a pretty good barista and I bust out a great Rosetta from time to time, but lately have been learning the art of running a super auto bar to maintain good drink flow during a rush of 30-50 customers, at that point, latte art doesn't mean nearly as much as milk management and forsight.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
ANYWHERE!! I love to travel, and I love to learn.
About Me:
I love 4 things fanatically and they are My Fiancee, My Family, My Motorcycles, and Coffee. My favorite days start with an early morning of work, some great coffee, an afternoon ride, and dinner with the family.
About My Company:

What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
Aside from access to the freshest beans and brewing equipment at my disposal, I love the connection, to the people
Thanks Justin for bringing me into the fold. I don't know where Loretto is, but it sounds exciting combining caffeine and racing! I like Intelligensia coffee. I had some in chicago when i went to the Coffee Fest there. Later.
Dig the photos' Sorry to say no more motors. Seen and been in some realllly close ones with the reaper. Really miss my the street. Keep it fast and crazy on the downhill MTB.
Hey Justin,
I visited Retro Roast two weekends ago. The wraps were great. Nice shop too. We wanted to get out so we drove up there specifically to try it out.
Hey justin, sorry it's taken me so long to respond back. I've been having trouble logging in to the exchange.
When you're down in our area, stop in at the Black Sheep Coffee Cafe on the corner of 7th and Southview in South St. Paul. I won't gaurantee (sp?) I'll be working because it's a part time gig for me from my other job, and i work maybe once a week or so.
take it easy.

Hi Justin,
Thanks for the great comments! I'm also glad to be able to join two of my favorite things into one group; Coffee & bikes! I saw your history on your profile page and smiled to myself about the green apron! We'll chat on that one soon!
