Sounds like the new shop is doing well, that's unreal! What teas are you sampling? I've done a few tea master classes over the years and found the whole thing really interesting! I know how you feel to be busy.. I'm setting a new roasting plant on the central coast down here - were also moving the coffee school to a bigger location too! there's alway sooo much to do! Anyway, thanks for writing back and keep in touch.. I'm hoping to over in the US toward the end of the year - might be able to check-out the shop? that'd be sweet.
