If you are a barista or shop, are you interested in a barista exchange with another coffee shop/barista?
maybe
Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
We serve Stumptown coffee out of Portland Oregon. We pull shots on a La Marozcco machine and are very particular about our shots, how they are pulled and how they are served. All of our Baristas are trained at Stumptown's main roaster where they learn more than just the mechanics of drawing shots. I employee 5 Barista's, all have been here more than 1.5 years!

About Me:
I had 27 years retail experience in the Grocery industry prior to opening my coffee house. I am married and have one son and 2 step sons. I could not have gone through the last 2 years with a new business with out the support of my wonderful husband. I love what I do and I love what I serve!
About My Company:
Old Town Battle Grounds is located in a 1930's home that has been converted. We sit right on Main Street in a smallish town in South West Washington. Our town is growing very quickly (16,000 pop now) and we are located in what is considered the "Older" part of town. Community support has been great! We always strive to serve the highest quality product we can and our customers love us for that.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
Free Coffee... oh wait, I'm the owner... it's not free!!
Hey Diane:

Hello, Diane Harris
Nice pictures!!!
I liked your coffee shop, it's very different, you guys look highly evolved, and what about the costumes, Halloween on Disney very funny. which one of those are you?
So keep up the sense of humor and, congratulations for your coffee shop, you and your team!!!!
lol
Yes Diane, the fish was a moment of inspiration in a cloud and rainy day in one of the store that I work, in a mall with the ceiling of glass; so I was trying to do something different then, it came to me, and I don't know if anyone had tried it before, But my costumers liked a lot, ( - crazy people, coffee with fish!?)
It sounds like you are doing great with your cafe! My contractor is starting construction of my space on Monday. finally! I have a retail store now and it will be linked to my cafe.
Nice to meet you.
Julie
