    you could have combined the two if you did the Krispy Kreme Challenge a few weeks back....I did it last year and it was ROUGH. 2 miles - 12 doughnuts - 2 miles....under an hour. Sounds feasible, but it took me longer to force down the doughnuts than it did to run....

    trust me, you are doing the right thing....unless you like emulating bulemia (I have to say, I felt like a million bucks after projectile-ing the contents. Of course, that means before that I felt like minus a million or so, and that is one experience I can do without re-living).
