    Hey Lee, what's that gadget in the pic? Is that the handle sans bulbs of a vac brewer? or, is it a Melitta style filter holder?

    eva solo (cafe solo). we use them at the coffee studio for custom brews (rather than press pot/french press).

    i've googled legion now... didn't know that sense of it. learn knew things everyday.

    anyway, try the eva solo. it's pricey, but delish!
