Hi again. I was looking for a photo to put up on my profile and came across the photos in NY. How are you?
  • Neil

Yes, definitely. My life is a crazy right now, but we should schedule something soon.

Florida's fantastic. I moved down here about 6 months ago, and that's when I stumbled upon Exodus. Great little place. Small enough to be a quiet coffee house during the day, but big enough for some great live shows at night. We have a lot of local musicians that come out.
So, tell me about your shop. What's it like?

6 months? where are you from originally? quiet during the day, crazy at night... sounds like awesome place to work. much, much better than the shops I've spent time in. i love cafes like that. speaking of which, ever heard of tryst in dc? by far my favorite cafe ever, although their coffee could use some work and I don't think they have live music, but the vibe is great!

as for me, i just started a small roasting biz called raus coffee (my last name:). Right now there is a lot going on, being that we are in our beginning phase, but nevertheless exciting.

my focus is on people and coffee. i know that sounds so cliche, but our education, research, and social awareness alone makes us truly unique and stand apart. don't have a way to prove it to you, so you're forced to take my word for it :)

why did you choose florida??? i know it wasn't just for the coffee... anyway, this is going to look like a book on your wall. sorry about that. i should have split it up in chapters... at least i take the record for longest post!
