About Me:
I am a retired public health educator and medical interpreter trainer from Ann Arbor, Michigan, USA. We bought land in Ecuador and and run a coffee shop/restaurant. I live in Mindo, Ecuador about 2-3 months/year and it is a beautiful, tiny, touristy pueblo that is the #1 birding spot in the world. Also has many large waterfalls, surrounded by protected national cloud forest. A lush and beautiful place. We are regularly running very popular workshops on Chocolate roasting and processing from the plant to chocolate bars. And we are now offering coffee origin tours.
About My Company:
Excellent Ecuadorian coffee is our specialty. I roast all of the coffee for our coffee shop. We also serve excellent fresh organic food grown on site. We make our own chocolate and bake it into delicious brownies and mochaccinos.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
I love drinking excellent coffee and meeting people who appreciate good coffee.
