We could offer a barista to come to us. I/We do not have the time to go out yourselfes - at least not rigth now as we (my boyfriend and I) run the place ourself.

Anywhere...........I just like visiting new places and coffeeshops for inspiration and meeting other baristas

    Nicaragua was so GREAT!!!!!!!!!! I just love coffee even more now. No, I am not training for the Danish Championship - I can not find the time for it.

    Hæhæ :) Iceland is same as always...alot of snow! I´m good and work is the same (good)..busy and lots to do. Addý told me that Jeppe would like to do the barista exchange to Iceland..we´re haveing a staff meeting on the 12th, so if he´s serious then we can arrange it on the 12th. We can then send to you a well trained barista ;) hehe...How´s things in Aalborg?

    Well, we are really busy here. The chompetition season started in mid february..so we are not working so much :) Yes we are!! On tuesday its good spirits...and we are last minutes people :) but it´s not stressing me at all, I like the busy-ness.

    Deffenetly be in Copenhagen or Kaupmannahöfn. What about you? How´s the café and say hi to Jeppe!

    Yeah I had a nice time at Caffe Cuture, James beat me again! this time it was the cupping final.
    I just got back from a week in Croatia, probably my last holiday for a while and yes very busy, just got the keys to new shop so hope to be open in around 3 weeks.
