while the vivaldi is quite cute.....it would take FOREVER to make a drink.

ask me for my interpretation of a mazzer mini the next time you see me.

now, a modified super jolly would work well enough.

    get on it ok?

go to: http://library.jccc.net/go to (our library) and search "coffee and espresso", we have a number of great (and not so great) selections to choose from. Like: Illy's Espresso Coffee, the Science of Quality, Doyle's Barista Techniques, Anything by David Schomer and Kenneth Davids, the Perfect Cup by Timothy Castle, etc, etc. We also have a few videos by David Schomer on the first floor LIB.
You guys are lucky, Seriously. we have great resources at the college. i didn't have that kind of stuff when i started out. back in the days before shoes were created and the dinosaurs still roamed...

    How so?
  • Joe Marrocco

Thanks for the kind words! I'm very blessed indeed. My family is huge blessing. The coffee industry has been pretty good to me. We live in a place and time where we can saturate ourselves with education, information, and art. We can have the best wine, food, coffee, etc... all at the same table so cheaply and readily. We are all so very blessed.

So how is Overland Park? Nice area! Overland Park and PT's coffee are my two favorite things about Kansas.

    Thanks again for the comments!

I have never had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Hon, but a good friend of mine has spent some time with her. She's pretty much a stud.

Broadway cafe rocks. I have been there. But, isn't it on the MO side of KC? They do an amazing job. I don't get out to KC very often, but when I DO this is where I go.
  • Sandy Hon

    your days are numbered buddy.
