    Hey Dennis !!! Everything is going great ... Ryan and I are starting to plan for our wedding .. But it will be in 2010 .. So we have a little while ... I'm so glad we can keep in contact now that the class is over !!! Are you going to be planning on opening a coffeehouse ?!?!

    Thanks! I'm in Forest Hills Queens..we're hoping to open up a store sometime this summer. Location isn't final yet, but we're looking at either Queens, Long Island, or Manhattan.

    Just out of curiosity, if you were to open in the Phils, were would you be able to get arabica? Don't they only have robusta (barako) there?
