Andy- Had a great session with Scott yesterday. He is a good guy with an active imagination for the melding of coffee and machine, which is wonderful for Barefoot. Had the Finca San Jose this morning at home, D-Lish! I love the new labeling as well. I really like the descriptions and bringing the knowledge to the customer. Anyway, Scott left his fancy tamper on our bar, so I will ship that out today UPS Ground. He should see it early next week. Take care and be in touch. ben

going off to SCAA tomorrow for five days of intense coffee fun. Then heading straight to Guatemala to judge in the COE. Oh my four days of all day cupping and judging. A bit stressed by the pressure but excited to see all our friends and farmers in Guatemala again.

Sadly, sales have dropped...but it's nobody's fault. Summer on campus is pretty barren. Regardless, the lag has really given us all time to refine our skills and understanding. We have some new blood in the store and they are all quite promising. It's such a great thing to see the seeds of passion grow and spread to others. Our store has sooooo much potential.
