If you are a barista or shop, are you interested in a barista exchange with another coffee shop/barista?
yes
Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
well... in my eyes, i'm kind of a rookie i guess? i mean, i've been working with the bean for a minute now, but it wasn't until recently that i was able to jump off of a plateau into new waters... now, my skills are growing with my love for coffee.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
JAPAN!!! i would love to find work in Tokyo! (anyone got a hook up) i want to see the world though, so anytime i have the opportunity to travel over the big pond, i'm on it.
other than that, LONDON! i mean come on, there are nothing but tea drinkers out there! we need to give people the gospel of Jesus and coffee!
About Me:
i'm a dude... i like stuff... i eat food, sometimes too much... my favorite animals are poopies, my favorite color is light tan, i like hiking and serving the Lord.
About My Company:
i rock out at a place called Zoka, in the city of Kirkland. (KZ for all the hipsters out there) Our passion is coffee and our vision is to provide top-quality customer service while educating people as to what it is to have a great cup of coffee... Not telling them what coffee 'should' taste like, but what an amazing product like coffee COULD taste like. We are our own roaster, and have an awesome training program creating knowledgable and capable baristas. in short, i get a sense of prideful satisfaction in telling people i work for Zoka.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
coffee experimentation... i love hanging out with fellow coffee lovers and trying new things, new brew methods, new calibrations and the like... i like talking coffee.
