French Quarter Style Coffee House - different fare than traditional midwest coffee houses. Baristas are well-trained but could use improvement. I can do some latte art but would like to improve. Drinks are consistent. Might be good to do exchange with owner to trade procedure, business, advertising, entertainment, etc. ideas.

Midwest, to start...Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, maybe Wisconsin and/or Ohio

Sold lumber wholesale for 12 years...couldn't do Corporate America anymore...next logical step was coffee, right? Love New Orleans, so brought a little here to South Bend, IN.
