Construction delayed some...I will know more at the end of next week as far as timeline. Later in august might really work out, we can train some new hires for the U. We will hopefully open in mid September. We will miss the beginning of school by about 3 weeks, oh well, not too bad. Can you call me soon, I want to talk to you about something about our layout that is bothering me, don't know if it is a real concern, or an easy fix. It was great to have you guys stop by. the coffee you guys left was awesome. I especially liked the el salvador finca 408. That coffee was super juicy, sparkling acidity, peaches and tropical fruits. that is an exceptional coffee, love the roast on it.

Tony, it is so kind of you to remember and comment on that. You know I did make it into the competition but my barista in Portland was so excited to compete that I respectfully gave my seat to him and he went on to win second place overall! I am afraid my heart would not have done as good as his tulip did. Very proud of him. You looked great by the way as I commented in person. Maybe next time around we can have coffee together. I think if you bump into someone three years in a row it means your homies!
  • Mike
