    All the best

Ya know, the only thing better than eating a watermelon is greasing one up and trying to catch it in a (above ground) swimming pool.

    Happy Holidays!

Greetings from Mount Olive, NC Peter. I have been enjoying Toscano lately, and I do mean enjoy. Konrad invited me to the educational seminar you were having a couple weeks ago and I regrettably had to cancel the day before. The wife and I were really looking forward to the day with Peter G.

Dude~ You gotta give us the heads up next time you drop by... Well, you don't have to. I prefer to lay low when I'm in a new shop, but it would have been good to chat and whatnot...

    Hi Peter,

I`m an argentinean barista working in a new venture to promote the consumption of specialty grade coffees and the barista profession. I`m trying to collect as many opinions about it (from industry related people) before I start promoting it. I would be very grateful if you could tell me your opinion about it. If possible, please let me know where to send you an email.

    Regards,
    Federico

One day, I was wondering, "What would Peter G be like, if there was no coffee, no food, no accordion, no surfing, no Vespas, no nothing? What if he wasn't the bad-ass fount of knowledge that we know him to be? What if he had no real point to anything that he was saying? What would he be like?"

And then, on Saturday night, I got the answer.

    Hi Peter,

I volunteered during SCAA for an Espresso Lab that you intstructed. I wanted to say "Thank You" because I really learned alot. The company I work for was exhibiting, and we are a Wi-Fi service provider. Although our main focus is coffee shops, I don't see much on that side. I also volunteered for the Barista Compition during the finals, and that was awesome! I'm kind of ashamed to say I really never paid much attention to what else was going on, but I do now!

    Thanks Again!!!

    Hey Peter,
Thanks for the note in my last shipment. The wife has confiscated the postcard/note and it will be integrated into our "label mural" which has a label or postcard for everything we have tried in the coffee world! The art is fantastic on some of these labels and postcards.

I just tried your Espresso LaForza that was shipped in. Normally I would let it sit for 7 days, but I don't think I will be here at that day! This is FANTASTIC. Toscano is my favorite all time espresso, but this really is a runner up or it may even be "tying the ball game up."
The last time I was in Durham you were in LA with some extended family. The wife and I need to go to some more labs and hopefully we can actually meet.

Thanks for the note and have a great weekend!
