    My name is Karen Manfut and I´m the new Executive Director of Ramacafe Org. - in Nicaragua!
    I´m really happy to have the opportunity of been part of this organization, because now I can share and learn from proffessionals in the industry of coffe!
    You was on the list of friends of Laura´s, but She´s not longer with us and now I´m in charge of the profile of Ramacafe!

    No i don't work any more in the 'horeca', i went back to study. But i still love the food, drinks and especially coffee. I started a weblog and a forum about coffee. It's called Thuisbarista.nl. Still got some more projects comming up that has connection with coffee.
