I have been a Barista for a little over a decade now. It has been long journey, from "what is espresso?" to "Espresso is a beautiful blend of flavor molecules, lipids, CO2,and H2O"
I am always on the look out for new ideas, and learning experiences. I just love coffee and all the passion that goes in to it.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
I would love to see a coffee field some day.
About Me:
I am currently the lead barista at the roasterie's main plant locate in Kansas city, Missouri. So if you are in the neighborhood stop in and get yourself a cup.
About My Company:
We are known for our air roasting. Bringing a bright crispness to the cup. As well as, a strong focus on seed to cup.

    So, when did you live in L-town? Aimees... I applied there and did not take the job they offered because I was un-impressed. :) I have been professionally trained and now know that Signs of Life IS the best cup in town now. PTs... represent. :)

    hey, august, thanks for asking. we're on the same triangle-shaped block as the lenin statue (it's not a very big block), across the street from the triangle lounge or pub or tavern or whatever it's called. let me go check . . . the sign says "triangle lounge".
