Hi Tina --
Thank you! This whole process is so overwhelming, but I 'm just plugging away. I just have to keep reminding myself I don't need to get it all done at once, which is hard to do! What was the biggest challenge for you when you opened your shop?
Hi Tina- No roaster finalized yet -- still narrowing down the options. Who do you use?
Thanks for sharing some of the challenges you had -- I think I have a good foundation: I went to the 6 day ABC management and barista classes, have been reading everything I can get my hands on, and went to Coffee Fest. But, despite all of that, I feel that I'm at a disadvantage because I haven't been in the industry.
What kind of coffeehouse do you have?
Hi Tina -- Thanks for all of the info. Its so helpful to hear what other shop owners are doing. I'm running into a few speedbumps right now, but I'm trying to keep my eye on the prize -- its hard not to get frustrated though.
Hi Tina --
I just wanted to check in and see how things are going for you --
Things are moving along here -- hope to be open by the end of summer. Its starting to get a bit crazy and overwhelming......
