About Me:

I am Director of Business Development with S&D Coffee in Concord NC. I was previosly Roast Master and Blend Master at Dallis Coffee in NYC for over 8 years. I have created many espresso and drip blends that have achieved critical and commercial success. I am active in creating all aspects of new coffee programs for clients. In my consultation role I handle equipment selection, layout, coffee selection and blend creation as well as all related staff training including espresso preparation.

S&D Coffee is a third generation family owned roasterie located in Concord NC. We have grown to become arguably the 2nd largest roaster in the US. A vibrant and growing specialty division combined with national distribution and service networks has us poised to impact coffee culture on an unprecidented scope.

What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?

I am passionately drawn towards expression through coffee creation and its preparation. The appreciation and pleasure that expression brings to others justifies all the hard work.
