Milwaukee, WI, United States

yes
Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
In our company, we have 2 very experienced Barista Trainers who have created standards and certification levels. You can, currently since this is realitively new, be Certified at the 300 and 400 Level. I am, along with only 4 other employees in our 200+ employee company certified at the 400 Level. This mean that I have undergone written exams as well as many heavily scrutinized suprise evaluations that must all be passed to the highest standard.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
Right now, I honestly would love to travel anywhere. I am just so interested in taking my coffee knowledge to another level and travel and meet new people.

***I am going to be living in Berlin this June!! Anyone work in a cafe around there that might let me work for a couple of hours??!!??!?***
About Me:
I am 21 years old. I play in a Mexican Soccer League and will be looking to go back to college, which I am 2 years removed from. I was hired 2 years ago, but before that I knew literally nothing about coffee. Heck, I honestly though it was "eXpresso". I never drank coffee, didn't know what a Latte was, but now I am here and looking to start competing here in 2008. We are hosting the GLRBC which I hope to be a part of, as well as going to coffeefest for the Millrock Latte Art competition which I feel quite confident in my skills. More to come soon...
