    John!
My world gets smaller every day.
Your feature-film project sounds pretty sweet/exhausting.
    We should talk coffee.
  • Jonathan wesley White

Well there I might have to disagree with you, my friend.
As much as I love a good single-origin espresso (I personally prefer a good Brazilian Bourbon) but I personally prefer the complexity and depth that can only be achieved with a good blend.
But if it's a well-pulled shot of quality espresso I'm not complaining!
  • Jonathan wesley White

That DOES sound delicious! That citric quality is what i love about the Bourbons. mmmmm.
  • Mike Knorr

Hey, just saw your thread about your Pavoni, I'm sure you've worked it out by now but we have one at The Sparrows (Wealthy near Diamond) and I'd be happy to show you some stuff if you still have questions.
  • Jonathan wesley White

Did you read the article that Matt Milletto posted about S.O. espressos vs. blends? 'cause it's pretty great.
  • Mike Knorr

Look forward to it....man, if you totally stripped your machine I probably will have questions for you. I have a La San Marco that I liberated from the basement of The Meanwhile that I KNOW needs some TLC.
  • Mike Knorr

Oh, I'm not afraid! ......well there ARE a lot of parts. Actually, I found a complete parts manual with blown out diagrams of every system online yesterday. That's step one.
