Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
Last year I worked in Cafe San Lucas. A small coffee chain which main target is outside Guatemala City. I learned almost everything I know about coffee working there. Then I went into some courses and now I'm opening my own shop. I think this week is the grand opening. What I offer in exchange is to visit one or two of the most important coffee farms in Guatemala and meet many other coffee shop owners which have a lot of experience with Guatemalan Coffee. Known as one of the best ones in the word.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
I would like to travel to countries where I could learn more about coffee shops, coffee growing and specialties. I'm interested in learning barista techniques from different countries, new ways to prepare espresso drinks.
