    Hi Connie.

    Sorry we didn't connect prior, but the twins have arrived! Born on the 21st at 7 lbs 4 oz was Clare Anne Welch and 6 lbs 4 oz was Erin Monica Welch. Happy to say that babies and mama are doing well!

    We are now in the process of trying to close on a larger house. No explanation needed there.
