Just Want To Let You Know Starbuck$ Exposed me to the SCIENCE of a SYSTEM, without them lots of mom and pops wouldn't exists, nor bigger shops, Starbucks showed the world the possibilities in COFFEE are endless, be proud of that, not saying you aren't, lot of Coffee bashers out here and there, but believe you me Starbucks is the MOB of coffee shhh" watch what you speak of them " ;-) 1 last note you can have an impact on them as they are changing things a bit, trying to get back into the culture of coffee "Big Opportunity" Learn as much as you can, and apply it, just a little wisdom from a nobody lil PAN ROASTER...

You are so very welcome, in the time I was with Starbucks I received 2 barista awards in the same week by separate managers, just to say how serious I was(am) about my beans, there had been baristas there for over 5 and 10 yrs that never receive awards, just never be afraid to ask questions and learn, because ultimately it makes you better, surround yourself with the coffee pure n hearts and you will excel as coffee takes control of you, open your mind, be free, let the coffee move you!!!When you are ready to go out on your own you will know it, and will be a force to reckon with, we as Baristas must let our lite shine, Being a Barista in not a JOB, it's an HONOR, spread to Knowledge of Coffee, that the Bean may grow!!!! May the BEAN Be With You~
